OIKO is introducing ORB, our newest premium hospitality concept in Medulin, Istria. Designed as an intimate boutique resort with only eight OIKO residences, ORB brings together distinctive architecture, sustainable construction, carefully designed outdoor spaces and professional hospitality management.
ORB was created around a simple idea: a holiday residence should offer more than a place to stay. It should deliver an experience. Generous private plots, premium OIKO villas, a resort swimming pool, landscaped surroundings and a high level of privacy create an environment designed for guests who expect more from their time away.
